Vinyasa + Meditation brings the best of both ends of the spectrum of yoga together into one beautiful practice. Your teacher will expertly guide you to experience the fluid sweetness of this dynamic practice. Clear and creative sequencing will allow you to explore your relationship with your body and to dive into an authentic experience. Then, using pranayama as a bridge to slow down and settle into stillness of the mind, to mover towards inner awareness and the subtleties of the practice. Meditation may include guided imagery, storytelling, themes, or other! You are welcome to this class just as you are, whether a beginner, seasoned practitioner, or anywhere in between! Just have loving kindness for yourself as you learn and grow.
